No funciona con productos variables

  • Hola:
    El plugin Yith Request a Quote NO FUNCIONA con productos variables en WooCommerce. Da el siguiente mensaje de error: “Ha ocurrido un error mientras se a?adía el producto a la lista de solicitud de presupuesto”. Vamos que NO lo a?ade a la lista de solicitud de presupuesto, tanto si eliges una de las opciones del producto variable, como si no eliges ninguna.
    ?Cómo se puede resolver el problema?

    Hi,

    To work properly with variable products, you should create all variations manually and set for each variation a price.

    Hi,
    The test had been done previously with the 9 variations that were created, each one with its price, and it does not work when choosing any of them. In all of them, it gave the same error message: “An error occurred while adding the product to the budget request list”.
    In case I could influence, I can add as a detail that each variation is selected in WC in a “Choose an option” drop-down.

    have you set a price for each variation? You shouldn’t left the field empty but set a price, even zero is a good value.

    If, in effect, you have set a price for each variation, but you give an error message when you click on the “A?adir al presupuesto (Add to budget)” button as you can see in the screenshot in this link:

    Have you tried with a default WordPress theme? e.g. Twenty Sixteen.

    I use Storefront.

    I have an issue with variable products because, although I have set 0 price for each variant in the product, the product list for a quote is always empty. However, I’m not getting any error. The plugin simply does not work.
