No funciona con la última actualización de TEC

Our plugin is working fine even after The Event Calendar plugin is updated to version 6.1.2.2.
Could you please share screenshots that would help us understand the exact issue you are getting on your website?

Con el TEC 5.16 se ve así

el shortcode no se ha tocado ni nada, no se que puede estar pasando…

Thanks for sharing the screenshots.
It seems like you don’t have any upcoming events based on the shortcode you added on the page. As this message only appears when there are no upcoming events left.
Could you please check if you have upcoming events or not?
If you have the events then could you please add the shortcode once again. It might be because of upgrading from TEC 5.16 to TEC 6.1.2 also please share the version of our plugin you are using?

Hola, los eventos son los mismos en las dos imágenes… Una imagen es usando el TEC 5.16 (la que muestra todos los eventos) y la otra usando el 6.1.2 (la que muestra el mensaje de no hay eventos) Pero los eventos son los mismos, seguro que hay eventos.

El shortcode que utilizo es éste

[events-calendar-templates category=”Abierto” template=”default” style=”style-1″ date_format=”MD” start_date=”” end_date=”” limit=”10″ order=”ASC” hide-venue=”yes” socialshare=”no” time=”future”]

Como te digo funciona todo si vuelvo al TEC 5.16 Pero cuando actualizo a 6 o superior deja de funcionar

I tried the scenario like installing 5.16 of TEC and the updating the plugin to latest version still our shortcode was working.
It seems like this can be because of missing actions like events migrations to new system that was done in the recent updates of the plugin The Event Calendar.

Please contact TEC support once to get the the clarity on this. Because our plugin is just to show the events in different beautiful styles.
