No frontend upload

    I have since long a frontend form where I upload docomente. Unfortunately now none are uploaded.
    No error is displayed. The field in ACF for the link remains empty.
    Have also looked for conflict, but is the same only Elementor ACF pro and ACF front is enabled.

    Where can the error be located
