Hello,

First of all, sorry for my futur mistakes (I’m French).

At the beginning of using Forminator, I had no problem, I didn’t change any parameters and I think that the problem appeared since I did the update. I already change the version to an old one (It didn’t work) and after reupdating, it didn’t work either.
Regardless of the form, whether it is new or not, it is not displayed on the site.

I already tried to wipe cache and verified parameters (“For logged-in users only” is disabled).

I tried to visit it to check the issue with forms but it only shows me a WordPress install screen – like it was about to let me install new WordPress there.

Yeah, I know, it’s an issue about the host. 000webhost is free, and there’s a quota, a limit per hour.

I can see the issue is related to jQuery not defined, coming from the optimization plugin:

Can you please exclude jQuery from optimization, flush all caches and check if the issue is gone?

This link should prevent the plugin https://radioshalombesancon.000webhostapp.com/?ao_noptimize=1 making the form shown as expected.

So, you were right, the problem was about the optimization. Plugin : Autoptimize

I went to the Java section. I couldn’t deactivate the entire java optimization (I don’t know why but anyway), I checked this : “Force JavaScript in <head>”
