Section 9 of the EBD settings allows you to do a custom format for the outgoing email that EBD sends. That email is sent to the email address that the web surfer fills in on your form. It is a common problem for this email to not be delivered — if you are set for “email” or “both” in the settings and you are only getting 1 email to your wordpress admin address but not one sent to the email address filled in on the form, then you are getting what I call the “notification” email that goes to the admin. It tells you what a user has download/selected on the form.
You should use a different email address that you control and put that into the form so you can see if that email is going out. My guess is that it isn’t & you are only getting the notification email.
Anyway, let’s assume that’s the case and your notification email has everything on one line. Is it multiple files together on one line with vertical bars in between them? (this would assume you are set up for multiple downloads)
