No CSS formatting on Dashboard/Wp Admin

    I just want to say that I’ve installed WP 2.3RC1 on my blog and the whole Dashboard/Wp Admin Panel has no formatting at all – everything seems like if I’m using a blank theme with no CSS stylesheet. The admin panel only gets formatting using “NiceAdmin” plugin.

    Is someone else facing the same issue?
