No formatting menu on text area

    Hi,

    I love this plugin, its great, well done developers!

    I have 2 sites, in one site a formatting bar appears above a text area when a user edits their bio, in another one it does not. I have ticked the “Allow HTML” and tried to make my settings exactly the same, but somehow I am missing something I think.

    Anybody any ideas please?
