    Hi Munir,

Thanks for creating this plugin. I’m having an issue with form submissions. I’ve been testing the forms, and I don’t get an email notification for the email address I specified for each form. Also, no entries appear in the admin section when I submit these forms. Could you let me know how to fix this, please? Here is the link to the forms: https://strideleggings.co.nz/customer-care/

    Thanks!

  • Hi @maeganmcisaac

That’s Odd. The email may be an issue that you might need to test your SMTP settings. The entries should be recorded anyway. Make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin.

Kindly create a fresh new form on a new test page. Deactivate all other plugins and test.

let me know how it goes.

Hey Munir, I’ll give that a try. I tested the form with two different emails, one Gmail and one Yandex. Is it likely SMTP is the problem?

Well, I am not sure but let’s confirm that your WP instance is sending email properly. There is also a plugin to test that.

Please test and let me know.

    Hey Munir,

It was SMTP as you said originally. Although that didn’t really explain why entries where not being logged either. But I’ve resolved the issue anyway. Thanks for your help and your plugin!

Cool. So you got it sorted?

Honestly, I am not sure why entries would not save. As I mentioned in my response earlier entries should have been saved even though if you have SMTP issues that can cause not to send emails.

Anyway, so all good now? I’ve also released a new version today. kindly test again and mark this resolved if everything works perfectly.

    Thanks,
    Munir
