No follow up subscription payment taken

I am using yith woocommerce subscription (free plugin) to set up a monthly subscription
I have set up a draft product ￡1 for 4 days making ￡5 total.
When the product goes through checkout, it confirms the number of payments and total amount. It then takes the first payment of 1.00 but no subsequent payments are taken.
How are I resolve this?
