No follow not working

Hi guys!
I’m really enjoying this plugin, it makes everything so much easier!

My only problem is with no follow links. Even though I do it myself manually later, everytime I come back I see it has been erased. As you can imagine this can cause me a big problem with affiliate links!

Couldn’t you just add a “no follow” checkbox just like the one you have to open in new window?
