No Follow LInks

In the inlinks editor I have a checkbox to add rel nofollow but it does not work.

Is this part of the wordpress core or is it part of a plugin?

I had the Ultimate No follow plugin at one time but deleted it and suspect that this checkbox is leftover some how.

If it is part of the core then does anyone have any idea why it would not work for me.
