No Filters for Non Members

How can i add filters to the member directory so non-members can search and filter.
The site is for charter schools to register and be found by families needed education for their children.

Go to wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Member Directories>Edit Member Directory> Scroll down to Search Options> User Roles that can use filters. This option allows you to select which user roles can use the filters. If left blank, anyone can use the filters.
