    Can anyone help!!

I’ve added the plugin to WordPress – without WooCommerce, creating custom fields to pages using a plugin called ‘Pods’.

I have created some sample pages with these fields, and added values into them.

Have then created a filter set that uses those custom fields.

I put the filter in the sidebar widget and shortcode on the homepage. It shows the labels but not the checkboxes or results counts.

Anyone have any ideas? – Does the plugin work only with WooCommerce?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @jamescantronik

Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything.
It work with any Post type, not only with WooCommerce products.
But the Free version of the plugin filters only post types that have native archives. For example Post type Page has no own archive page.

And also I don’t see on your example page any filter widgets. Did you remove it?

So basically the free version is useless and you think this is the best way to deliver trust enough for someone to pay you for a pro version that actually does something.

Does it work with pods or not?

Can you put a search bar with filter options on a page instead of the sidebar or not?

    If you have category groups

    A Category
    a
    b
    c
    B Category
    1
    2
    3

can people search for A – c and or B – 1 – 3 and get specific results or not?

If all this is only available in the pro version then you really shouldn’t put out a useless free version that doesn’t do anything but hold search filters hostage. That’s not exactly a winning marketing strategy.

    Hello @delanataylor

    1. Yes, the plugin works and compatible with Pods.

    2. Yes, you always can put Filters widget out of a widget area with shortcode [fe_widget] Here are more details about shortcodes supported by the plugin – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/shortcodes/

    3. I’m not sure I understood your question about categories. If you mean that A, B are parent categories but a,b,c,1,2,3 are their children and you need to find posts that belongs to A + c categories simultaneosly, you can find them with the plugin.

Let me know more details, if your question is another.
