No files uploaded even after confirmation

    I use the file field to get customers’ images for orders, I have enabled the “required check”, but still sometimes customers have uploaded the image and checkout, there’s still no file uploaded to the server even after the order is placed. So I have to manually ask each customer to send the image file to me through email…. please kindly help fix it.. thanks.

    I find the problem, it’s the PNG files, whenever a user uploads a .png file, it will be broken (no file upload), I have already set the allowed file type to: image/* or image/*,.png (tried both), but still doesn’t work. Hope it can be fixed asap, thank you.

    To update php version 7.x and fields factory v.1.3.6 and latest wordpress

    it’s already php version 7.x and WC v.1.3.6
