Hi, just installed the lite version of your plugin and I protected three files, but none seem to be protected, they load right up in any browser, in incognito window, mu client’s browser at their office, etc. I am using WordPress 5.2.2, PHP 7.2 and a theme that uses WPBakery as the page builder. I do have a number of other plugins but not sure if they of them would have anything to do with the files not being protected. Thanks for any guidance you can provide on this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @altimac,

Thanks for reaching out to us with the protected link. It really helps.

It looks like you’re using a Nginx web server, aren’t you?

If so, you’ll need to either implement our rewrite rules on Nginx server or enable our Raw URLs settings option.

Both are available on our Gold version.

Hope it helps and makes sense to you, @altimac

Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions ??

Hi there – i have the same issue. I enabled the Keep RAW Url option and get the following error:
Error: Our htaccess rules under _pda folder aren’t inserted correctly. Please click on “Save changes” to fix it
However when i save it, the error remains.

Please advise because the original upload link can still be clicked and is visible to the public.

    Thanks,
    Amber
