No files on FTP

    Backup shows completed successfully with 1 error – file to big to email. No biggy
    The issue is on trying to download the file. When Download is clicked, nothing happens.

    When checking the FTP site, no folder is created and no file is transferred.

    Hi @wildbuttrueblue,
    With backup with FTP, You should go to your FTP folder(/wpbackup)) and then download your file via FTP.
    BackWPUP does not store the file in backup to FTP mode.
