  • Ensure WordPress, WooCommerce and your theme are up-to-date. If updating, take a backup first.

    The debug procedure starts by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce. If the problem resolves, reactivate plugins one-by-one to try to identify which one is causing the conflict.

    If the problem does not resolve, switch to a default theme to be able to exclude an error in your theme.
