    Hello!
    My Facebook Plugin Settings:
APP ID — 1625826977670180 (created this as a ‘website app id’)
    FB API TOKEN — 1625826977670180|hOsEOBgmTkaLSBLODA5ZqBtHprw
    SHORTCODE — [fts facebook id=93755387305 posts_displayed=page_only type=page]
RESULT — No Posts Found. Are you sure this is a Facebook Page ID and not a Facebook Group or Event ID?
Do I have to be an admin of the page in order for it to work?

I also went ahead thinking at least an Instagram feed might work, and nope. I logged in via your plugin and it generated an Access ID: 1647572788.bb8dd75.0ef76015b91e47e486a1c48c34494ccb

Then it said: Your access token is working! Generate your shortcode on the settings page.

    INSTAGRAM SHORTCODE — [fts instagram instagram_id=1647572788 type=user]
RESULT — To see the Instagram feed you need to add your own API Token to the Instagram Options page of our plugin.

    But I did this ??

Thanks for all the info. Strange they are showing up ok here in this test. Sounds like something might be blocking the feeds on your server. https://feedthemsocial.com/test2/

I do not see any examples in the link you sent. After adding your Instagram token did you try and empty the cache, maybe the error was cached.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up just going with their embed code. It’s easier for what I need.
