No feed results found – but RSS feed is valid and has preview results

    Hi,

    I am building a new WP site using a child of the WP Bootstrap Starter theme.

    I setup the WP RSS Aggregator to use this as a RSS feed url:

    https://kmbs.konicaminolta.us/wps/wcm/connect/newweb/kmbs_content_new/rss/all-news?subtype=xml

    The “validate feed” link confirms that the feed is valid. In addition, the Feed preview shows the correct results in it (when in the Edit Feed Source screen). However, when I look at the page on which the feed shortcode is placed, I get a “No feed items found.” message. The shortcode I’m using is: [wp-rss-aggregator feeds=”55″] where 55 is the slug for the feed source.

    When I go to Feed Items in the RSS Aggregator settings, it’s blank. When I click on Fetch in the Feed Source, it spins for a while and nothing is imported.

    This suggests that your feed items are not being imported. To debug the issue further, you will need to check your logs for any noticeable issues being reported. If you can’t find any possible cause, please send us an email at [email protected] so that we have a closer look at your setup.
