    In which page?

    Alberto.

Hi Alberto, please go to icacreativeservices.com and try to enter a username and password. Regardless of what page you’re on, the login screen is there (I would love to have it’s own page, but cannot figure it out). However, if you enter incorrect information in the login screen it will not tell you that the information was incorrect, it will just reload the page like nothing happened and you’re still logged out.

Why are you using the Clean Login shortcode (2 login forms) in two places at the same time? this is not a good idea https://www.icacreativeservices.com/register/

By other hand are you using a member plugin? Someone is overriding the URL.

Hmm, I don’t think we are using a member plugin? Is there a way to check for this?

Also, the Registration page was so when they clicked “Register” from your clean login that they didnt get an error 404 code.

Feel free to try the register link now and it will redirect you to an error 404

So, where did you place the login-form shortcode? Since I can see it in the 404 page.

I have it placed in a text box within Visual Composer. Should I convert back to back-end editing and then include the [clean-login]?

If I create a “Register” page, I can insert the [clean-login-register] shortcode and successfully complete the process. Otherwise, just the [clean-login] does nothing when I want to register or if I’ve forgot my password. If I include all 4 forms of shortcode in one page it creates a disaster.

Or, does WooCommerce interfere with your log-in system?

Could you please place the page for login in an individual page? Not the homepage.

WC is compatible with CL, I don’t think this is the issue. It’s quite strange.

    Aberto.

So I created a new page “login” and inserted the [clean-login] code there, do I still need this shortcode on the homepage since I cannot see the CL interface?

Could you share with me the page where you include the shortcode?

Are you using any cache system/plugin?

    No sir.
