    We had an issue with our pixel this morning and attempted to manually sync products – this did not solve the issue so we decided to disable to woocommerce connection. Now when we try to re-set up the connection we have an error message when selecting the Facebook page that reads “Your request is pending review. Assigning new Page admins can take up to 7 days to be approved.” Facebook support is not sure what the issue is as the business manager has all the correct permissions. Can you please advise?

    It appears the issue you’re experiencing is related to Facebook rather than the plugin. A good first step would be to ensure that you are logged into an account with Page admin access on Facebook.
