• When I run the Exporter, I receive the message “All of the requested widgets have been exported.” and get redirected to the Widgets page but no export file is created or downloaded. I’ve searched my local files for a “widget_data.json” file but not found.

FYI, I’m running WampServer 2.4 on my local laptop. Are there any known issues with this setup?

Can you provide some more information here to help me assist you?

What version of WordPress are you running?

    What theme?

Do you have any widgets you downloaded from the plugins repository enabled?

    Thanks!

Sure, I’m running WP 3.8.1 with the Avada theme. I do believe we have some widgets enabled from the plugins repository but not sure off top of my head.

I’m leaning towards this being a local and/or wamp issue though because I do have a version of the site running on an IIS web server as well. When I run the Exporter there, the widget_data.json file downloads in the browser when completed.

Let me know if you need any other information that might help. Thanks.
