Hi WrightBrain
I see what you mean
the event ID that is missing (Aug 30) has this Google event ID
ZXE2ZWszNWE4MDhyOG5uMTg0bTk2djliY29fMjAxNTA4MzBUMTUwMDAwWiBzZDZsNnMydGViMW1xZGNvbWc3M280N2dtb0Bn&ctz
by looking at your calendar events as fetched from google here: https://www.googleapis.com/calendar/v3/calendars/[email protected]/events?key=AIzaSyAejUFfx-xiBs4viHHzTnLNuXHhOu-FjU4&timeMin=2014-08-19T08%3A29%3A22%2B00%3A00&timeMax=2017-08-19T01%3A55%3A40%2B00%3A00&maxResults=2500&singleEvents=true
it doesn’t show up as you say
from a first glance this looks like a caching issue – as you say the event is new or recently modified; likewise for events recently deleted they won’t sync immediately with your local (WordPress) copy of those events. Google doesn’t ping your site when you do a modification there, but it’s the way around, this plugin queries Google every now and then. You can set a lower cache in seconds (you should see the settings in the feed) to query Google more often. The cache is there to make your calendars load faster and minimize the requests to Google (their API has a limit of daily requests and requests per hour).
You can also manually reset the cache by updating a local feed post or using one of the clear cache actions places in the edit feed or edit feeds dashboard pages).
If this is not the case and despite this it still doesn’t pick up an event or changed event, please let me know. All I can think of for that particular event if it’s not a timezone issue or some miscalculation because it’s at the edge of the month, but I don’t think it’s the case.
ollybach I don’t think your case the same as WrightBrain
I have looked better at your calendar but yes it has events a few months ahead
then I went back to your site and now the events are showing, have you sorted it?
