I don’t use Analytics so I’m a little in the dark about all of this. I know that UA will stop collecting data in July so you’ll need to start migrating to GA4 soon. I haven’t changed the gtag command in a few years. I think the change is probably in your Analytics settings or whatever WordPress plugin you use to provide Analytics. Videopack just detects the existence of gtag or ga on your page and sends an event to one of them. gtag can report to both or just one, but I don’t have any control over that. Apparently Monster Insights has a tool that tells you which version your site is using about 3/4 of the way down the page

    Hi Kyle,

thank you for the reply. The fact that you have not touched the gtag is what I needed to know. You are right that the UA will soon be history but before we transition all of our sites, we need to report the video usage to our clients. I will try to find the problem among other plugins.

    Regards,
    Pavel.
