No events importing from outlook ics

  • I am so confused…

    I am new to WordPress and thought I was doing everything correct. I am trying to share a calendar on a website (currently being built). The calendar is in Office Outlook 365. These are the steps I have carried out:
    – Logged into Outlook 360 and went to the calendar settings.
    – Selected the category Shared Calendar which allows you to either share or publish a calendar. I selected the latter.
    – Selected the calendar and selected the permission.
    – From this I copied the ICS link
    – Opened up wordpress where the most up-to-date All-in-one Calendar is installed.
    – Imported the feeds and pasted the ICS link into it. Clicked on import, it loads but states ‘O events imported’.
    – Opened up the settings, saved it and opened up the page. There is a calendar but no events show.

    I have followed the troubleshoot and it is not a plugin or theme issue. I have also tried my personal calendar which is on outlook but not 365 and another personal calendar on Google. What am I doing wrong?! Please help, I’m getting rather frustrated over it.
