I am receiving an error message on my page: “No events are found”

Events are importing properly. I can see the list in Facebook events and I flagged several new events ‘interested’ today, and they did import.

    I am using this syntax:
    [facebook_events col=”2″ posts_per_page=”12″ category=”cat1,cat2″ past_events=”yes”]

My theme and Genesis support say all looks fine on the WP end.

    I’m stuck.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @seeshell,

Please check first that events has been imported in admin than you can display using sort code.

As indicated in my original inquiry, the events ARE importing properly in admin. I can see them, and I tested it again after selecting new events and importing again, and the new events show up as they should as well!!

It was AFTER I confirmed that the events imported properly that I received the “No events found” error message. Several experts and support from WPEngine confirmed that all is set up properly on my end, without specific knowledge of the syntax or simple code required.

Please…I have the paid version and I have been trying to get this working for 5 days. I get no response from the e-ticket submission on your website.
