No event trigered on Google Universal Analytics

  • Hi WPDreams, thanks for your amazing plugin. I am using ASL since 1 week and It was really easy to configure. However, I don’t have any event trigered on Ajax Search.

    • The integration method for events is activated, with the UA id.
    • The Global site tag (gtag.js) for my UA analytics is on all my pages (it work perfectly as I use it since 3 years for this website).
    • I also have a tag to connect my new GA4 property, but this shouldn’t affect any event trigering.

    However, no event is triggered on my UA propriety. (nor on the GA4 propriety). How can I get the data?

    Hi,

    Can you please try switching this option?

    There is a knonw issue with the analytics code loader, where in some cases the file is not included. This should resolve that for now.

    If you update to the most recent release, you can switch that option back to default, it should be resolved in version 4.11.
