When users click on the date Oct 25 it returns ‘No events scheduled’ event though there are events showing on that day in the calendar view. Some dates work as expected and some don’t but we can’t work out why. Any help appreciated!

    Hi @katelibrarian ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I just visited your events page (https://hla.oldham.gov.uk/events/) and I seem to be able to navigate to Oct 25 and still see events. Could you provide some screen recordings of the issue to help us understand the situation?

    Thank you @tristan083

I can see events on Oct 25th now too, so I tried the 31st and have the same issue – it may not be very clear from the screen recording but I click on ‘Thur 31’ first and then the ‘+3 more’ and both results are ‘No scheduled events’ https://youtu.be/wFlYiFLNxME It seems to work on my phone but not on my work or home laptop. Really appreciate your help and advice!

    Hi @katelibrarian ,

Thank you for your message and the information.

This looks like a tell-tale sign of caching interfering with the calendar functions. If your site is employing some caching solutions, I advise you look over our Caching with The Events Calendar guide for insights and recommended configurations.
