    Since 10/14 we have had 11 paypal txns processed through our form. First we were not getting emails which is bad, but not a huge deal because I could export the entries. Now the txns are not even creating entries at all!! Wnen I look at the txns in paypal – I know that they are coming through the smartform because of this in the custom field of the paypal details ‘type=form&campaign_id=1&formId=rednaoform_VWffU9VH7a3LucjS2LN3&sformid=2’.

    Please advise this is critical as we cannot reconcile our payments. Thank you

    If you’re using WooCommerce, the orders need to be set to completed before the entries show in Smart Forms. I had this concern too.
