• Hello There,

    slowly I despair somewhat. It’s correct that when I have completed an order and this in the backend save the customer “Actually,” should receive an email in the stands “… Your order has been completed”.

    After I tested this now comes but no email to the customer.
    At first I thought the problem with Strato is because php scripts, emails and spam but according Strato support there there is no problem.

    Does anyone have a solution to this or can help me?
