No emails sent for new enrollment and orders for free course

Dear LearnPress Support,
I noticed that after the update to version 4.1.6, some emails are successfully sent and some are not sent eventhough I have enabled all emails to be sent for all occasions in the LearnPress settings. Here are results of some testings:
Emails not sent out (I used the Email Log plugin to check):
1. New sign-up and enrollment for courses by new users
2. New enrollment for existing uses
3. Acceptance email to users who request to be an instructorEmails that were successfully sent and received:
1. Email to administrator requesting to be an instructor
2. New WordPress account signup NOT via the “START COURSE”
3. Password resetWould appreciate you can look into the emails issues.
