No emails sent

  • I carefully configured everything. I edited a template and saved it as a new one. I selected all users. I added the short code for the first and last names and clicked on send but the email history shows nothing.

    Is there a way to first send a test message to myself?

    Can I PLEASE get an answer? I have an urgent email to send and can’t find any information on how to send out an email to my subscribers.

    What horrible support! There is no documentation on how to send an email. It’s been two weeks now with zero response to a simple question. Will someone please respond before I give up on this plugin?
