    Hello,

    I do not receive any emails from Google when I agree to receive the review email ?

    Any ideas ?

    @alichakery, there is a setting for this plugin that allows you to choose the number of days that Google should wait before sending the email. This setting is called “Estimated Delivery (days)”. This is to make sure the survey goes out after the customer has received the item. Did you check that setting and wait that many days to see if you get the email?
