    PMPro is not sending out emails at all. I have no idea what’s wrong. I’ve gone through everything I can think of and can’t figure it out.

    I uninstalled all my plugins, including PMPro. When I did that, the user had to sign up through the standard WP sign-up page. (Enter username and email and a password is sent to him automatically, which he needs to sign in with.) In this scenario, the user got his email containing his password and I got a notification telling me a new member signed up. Seems to work no problem.

    I reactivated PMPro and NOTHING else. When I do this, the user is taken to a registration page where he can enter a username, his email address, and choose his own password. After signing up, the user is told on the next screen that he has been sent a welcome mail but he never gets it.

    On the mail tab in settings, there is a checkbox with this:
    Send members emails:
    New Users: Default WP notification email. (Recommended: Leave unchecked. Members will still get an email confirmation from PMPro after checkout.)

    Experimenting, I tried checking it anyway. When I did, I got an email notifying me of the new user signup, but the user still doesn’t get an email.

    Nothing is going to the junk folder. It seems that PMPro is just not sending them at all.

    What could be wrong?
