No emails are successfully sent via wordpress

  • Hi,

    I am trying to back up my data via UpdraftPlus Backup and Restoration. I have gone through the process and added my email address for the backup to be sent there, however nothing is in my inbox. I have also tried to send emails through my website and still no success.

    Please help ??

  • It is entirely possible that the backup of your website is too big to be sent through email.

    As for the general email problem of sending through your website, that’s probably an issue you should take up with your host.

    Including the URL of your site is always a good idea when asking for help. Otherwise we’re just guessing on solutions.
