No email until paid

Hi,

Is there a way in WooCommerce by which orders emails are only sent once they’re fully paid?
For example, I want to make a shop with WooCommerce Product Vendors – if everyone received new order emails before payment was fulfilled it would be chaos.

Would love some advice.
