    When a customer purchases a ticket, no email is being sent to their included email. I have tested it a few times. How long is it supposed to take to recieve the email? How can I troubleshoot this issue?

    Hi @mmhogsett,

    The ticket email should go out shortly after the order. If it isn’t going out, this indicates an issue with the default WordPress email function on the site.
