no email that came into my email

I recommend you to follow this documentation link https://docs.wpeverest.com/docs/everest-forms/troubleshooting/emails-are-not-being-delivered/
Also, I saw the screenshot and I can see that you have used {admin_email}{user_email} in the From address input. Try removing the {user_email} and check whether it works or not.
