    I use mailchimp and have responsive pro theme and optin lite.
    I followed the videos and they were very good. I got to the point of mailchimp saying ACTIVE in green. After the client has put his email address in and clicked there is a page which says he will receive an email and do you want to return to the website. The two problems are
    1. instead of returning to my website, https://www.solutionsinchemistry.com he returns to https://www.solutionsinchemistry/ a non-existent website.
    2. The client does not receive an email at his address.

    I have deactivated all my plugins and there is no change.
    Please suggest an idea. I will let the plugin be live for a short time.

    I have just tested my optin form with other email addresses, and found that there is no problem with gmail addresses. For some reason outlook.com addresses are the only ones that don’t get received. The web situation is more urgent and important.

    For Outlook users not receiving mail…

    If you are sending mail with a FROM address of Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail, you must use the SMTP server given by the respective provider, with authentication.

    If you are sending mail FROM your own domain, you must have an SPF record setup and you must use the SMTP server defined by that record.

    If you’re sending mail FROM another address entirely, then you’re on your own.

    Hi,

    The thank you page redirect happens in MailChimp, Optin Revolution Lite passes the email address to MailChimp then MailChimp is responsible for redirecting to the thank you page and sending any emails.
