    Hi there,

the WP smtp logs do have the sending record, but my email end doesn’t have any sent records on the sent folder.

it’s very weird, my email sent folder no records existed, but receiver still could receive the email.

do you know what happened? my other sites with fluent smtp always have the sent records in the email sent folder.

    Thanks

    Hello @lxb520,

I understand that you’re facing an issue with your Zoho mail not displaying sent records, despite the WordPress SMTP logs showing that the emails were sent.

This could be due to specific behavior of Zoho mail. Unlike Microsoft, which retains sent emails in the Sent folder, Zoho may not keep these records. This behavior is ultimately determined by Zoho’s own policies and settings.

I recommend that you contact Zoho support to inquire about this.

In the meantime, please be assured that the emails are still being delivered successfully to the recipients, even though the sent records are not visible in your Zoho mail account.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with other aspects of your SMTP setup, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help you!

    Hi @ibrahimsharif

Thanks for your reply, but my other zoho mails with fluent smtp(used at least 1-3 years) have the sent records. this weird one, no records, but I tested email could be delivered to receipts currently. I am worried that it won’t deliver emails to receipts in future.

I think it might not be the issue from zoho mail, could you double confirm?

    Hello @lxb520,

To ensure that FluentSMTP is not contributing to the problem, I recommend updating to the latest version. Also, please let me know if you have used any other plugins in the past that saved emails. This information will help us narrow down the cause of the issue.

In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns. We’re here to help!
