    No, there have not been any changes like you describe. If you send an email to a single recipient, then there is never a CC unless the BCC Admin option is enabled.

    When sending to multiple recipients, the sender of the email is typically the TO recipient and all other recipients appear in the BCC header and are hidden from other recipients.

    If you are not getting copies of the email then I would go checking for your email being classified as SPAM. After that I would take a look at the mail headers by temporarily putting Email Users in debug mode.

    Mike thanks for helping, there was some issue with the CCS i believe. I have put inline css and boom it works. ?? thanks for the help btw .. Appreciate it.
