No email sent

I’ve been having the same problems for days. There are many people who can’t make their emails work with mailpoet. I think I’ll turn to another plugin.

Are other emails such as Newsletters sending out? When using MailPoet for WooCommerce emails, the email will be triggered only if the order status is?"Processing'?or?"Completed“. They also have to be subscribers.

Can you confirm if the order status is "Processing'?or?"Completed“?
