No email sent

  • Hello, today i can’t receive any message from CF7, yet it is registered in the db7_forms table.
    I have several contact forms, with [_site_admin_email] or custom email as recipient. None works, while the last test was Wednesday April 27, 2022 and worked fine. I called hosting and email services, all is ok.

    Note that there’s not such a problem with woocommerce mail sent.

    WP – Version 5.9.3
    CF7 – Version 5.5.6 on auto update

  • I’m encountering the same issue. All was working fine and then suddenly no emails are being sent. I’ve added one new email recipient and that one is triggering but all others are receiving nothing.

    did you only changed recipient or created a new form with new recipient?

    I think the problem comes from a plugin update:
    – Forms work if I created them today or if they were created a long time ago and have never been updated recently.
    – The old ones that have been recently modified do not send anything whatever the sender.
    Can the plugin editor do anything, or respond? I am coming to the end of my development. Will I have to redo all my forms or should I use another plugin instead?

    CF7 doesn’t accept custom html anymore neither Multilingual Contact Form 7 with Polylang. “Smart” & Great!!
