no email received as customer

Hello, we use mailgun for sending emails from woocommerce in case of new order and more. In case of new order, email goes out to provider (us) and also one to customer, but customer email cannot be received. checked all, spam and more. wp mail log no error but email does not arrive to customer. tried with support from theme, tried with support from woocommerce, we are helpless ??
