    Hey.
    Do you have emails enabled in SeatReg settings?
    It can also happen that your server is not configured to sent out emails.
    In Seatreg->Tools there is a little testing tool you can use to see if your server is able to send out emails.

    Hi,

    When I tested my site on my Hostgator, everything seems fine. Upon transferring it to Godaddy, the problem exist. Might be the GoDaddy?

    I think so yes. I suggest you to try WP Mail SMTP by WPForms.

    Hi,

    I have a followup question. Does sending verification email for the booking needs an active plan for the WP Mail SMTP (SendGrid)? Or the free plan works just fine?

    Have not tested with SendGrid but it should work fine. Free tier has 100 emails/day.
