No email notifications being sent

    Hello, I’ve changed web hosting, the migration was done by Duplicator WP plugin and the web at new provider works except few things including WPForms notifications. The form shows up just fine, I send test message and get response about the message being successfully submitted, the message is stored in WPforms message store. But WP Mail SMTP log shows no new entries (I have set up email notifications for the concerned form). Also testing mail by WP Mail SMTP delivers fine, so not an issue with SMTP protocol, can I get some ideas what might get wrong? This form notifications were sending before the migration.

    I see that you’ve mentioned that the data is getting stored in WPForms which is a paid feature.

    If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
