No Email Notification of Customer Booking

Hi everyone,
I have an issue with receiving the notifications when customers make a booking, and it’s been closer to a week now.
The bookings are visible in the dashboard, but neither the admin nor the client receive any email.I have installed the email-log plugin, and it indicates that the emails are sent, so no problem there. I have changed the email address, but still the problem persists.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
