The Jetpack forms work well, until you hit SUBMIT. No email notification is sent. All other email functions are working well on the site – only the Jetpack forms are giving trouble. I have checked all the plugins which cause known issues with Jetpack compatibility. I have installed none of them.
I do have WPForms which work, but I prefer the Jetpack forms.
    Please help!

Please, this is really important. We are a Public Benefit Organisation for tertiary education to less privileged communities. We use the forms as online tests.

    Hi there,

Are you using the same email address for that form as you’re using for your connected WordPress.com account, or are you using a different email for the form?

Are the form submissions appearing under the Feedback tab in WP-Admin? If that’s empty as well, can you check if anything is in the Spam folder?

If form submissions are going into Spam, it also won’t trigger an email, so that’s the first thing to rule out here.

Thank you so much, Kokkie! The feeds appeared in the Dashboard, but no email. But then I found an earlier reply by, you on another thread, before this answer by you. So on your advice I sent the submission to a different email address. This time it worked. I then added the “send from” address to my safe senders list on my orginal email address. Everything seems to be working now.
