    Hi

i have added this plugin and setup in the control to the following:

    Enable Crowd Control moderation: check
    Send administrators an email: check
    Crowd Control threshold: 3

But I do not get any emails and I do not get any notifications within WordPress. I can however see a column “reported” to the right on the comments list, but I do not know how to handle it (accept or ignore the report)

These 3 comments are all reported: https://trafikbloggen.se/valkommen-till-trafikbloggen/

Also: When I click “report” it changes to a red check, but when I reload the page that red check has disappeared.

    Hi There,

Crowd Control will only send you an email when the comment actually gets kicked back to moderation. It does not send an email for each report.

The red checkmark does not show after you reload the page… but you’ll notice the option to report that comment is no longer there.

    Best,
    Jason
