    Hi,

    I noticed that no email is sent when a product is restocked from a woocommerce cancelled order. Can you confirm this? Is this by design or can be fixed?

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

    We would like to inform you that if any product is restocked from a cancelled woocommerce order or any subscribed product is back in stock, the “in-stock” email will trigger automatically by default.

    However, we suggest you enable the “Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin” option in troubleshooting settings (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Section -> Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin), which will check the product stock round the clock and send emails to the respective subscribers automatically.
